Micro Valuation – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

The Micro Valuation is a limited-scope service providing a high-level snapshot of your rent roll portfolio. It includes analysis of AMFI (Annualised Management Fee Income), multiplier range, and selected key indicators. It is not a comprehensive valuation, due diligence, financial audit, or legal opinion.

 

3. Information Supplied

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the preparation of the Micro Valuation. The report is dependent on the accuracy of the information supplied. We accept no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from information provided by you or third parties.

 

4. Delivery

The Micro Valuation report will be delivered by email within 48 business hours from the time all required information is received. Business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

5. Fees & Payment

The fee for the Micro Valuation is payable in full at the time of booking via the Kajabi checkout system. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

6. Confidentiality

All information you provide will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of preparing the Micro Valuation report. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

The Micro Valuation report and all related materials remain the intellectual property of The Tarsi Way Pty Ltd ATF The Tarsi Way Trust. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report for your internal business purposes only.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tarsi Way Pty Ltd ATF The Tarsi Way Trust, its directors, officers, and employees accept no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your reliance on the Micro Valuation report. Our total liability in relation to the Micro Valuation service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the service.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
