Delegate Agreement

Effective date: 01 January 2025

This Delegate Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into as of the date of ticket purchase, by and between:

The registered person who has purchased a ticket to The Real Estate Business Owners Conference 2025 (Delegate),

and

Tarsi Taylor, of The Tarsi Way Pty Ltd ATF The Tarsi Way Trust A.B.N 60 398 968 133 (Organiser).

 

The Organiser is hosting an event titled The Real Estate Business Owners Conference (REBOC) 2025 (Event) to be held at The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on 17 October 2025, and the Delegate wishes to attend the Event and participate in the activities and sessions offered at the Event.

 

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

  • Event Attendance: The Organiser grants Delegate the right to attend the Event as a delegate and participate in the activities, sessions, and networking events scheduled during the Event.
  • Registration: The Delegate agrees to register for the Event in accordance with Organiser's registration process and pay the applicable registration fees:
    • Full payment must be received at the date of registration to secure your ticket.
    • An email confirmation with an enclosed tax invoice will be received once payment has been received.
    • No entry to the event will be permitted for attendees who have failed to pay.
  • Code of Conduct: The Delegate agrees to abide by the Event’s code of conduct and conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Event.
  • Payment: The Delegate shall pay the registration fee for the Event as specified by the Organiser. Payment shall be made by the deadline specified by Organiser.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: The Delegate acknowledges that registration fees for the Event are non-refundable as determined by the Organiser. The Delegate acknowledges all ticket sales are final. If the Delegates is unable to attend, recordings will still be provided within 14 days from the date of the conference. 
  • Program Disclaimer: Speakers and programs are confirmed at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice and in the event that a speaker is unable to present, REBOC will attempt to provide a comparable speaker. No refunds or discounts will be given as a result of the change in speakers.
  • Liability Waiver: The Delegate acknowledges that participation in the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage. The Delegate voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Organiser from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of Delegate's attendance at the Event.
  • Onsite Filming and Photography: By attending REBOC 2025, you understand and consent to being photographed or filmed at the event. REBOC & The Tarsi Way may broadcast, publish, license and use any photography, film, recordings or images of you without compensation or further notice.  REBOC and The Tarsi Way (and any third party who has the right to use the material) are not liable to you in any way for its use. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise The Tarsi Way staff and we will use our best endeavours to remove your image from any publications. You are not permitted to film or photograph any speaker during their presentation.
  • Data Capture: By registering for REBOC 2025, you agree and acknowledge that your personal data will be subject to The Tarsi Way’s privacy policy, be captured within our secure online database. You acknowledge and consent to your details being provided to the Speakers of REBOC 2025 and the Sponsors and Exhibitors of the event. Exhibitors that you engage with onsite will have lead generator devices that enable them to capture your contact details with your relevant consent. By providing your details to exhibitors, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with the Exhibitors relevant terms, conditions and privacy policy. REBOC and The Tarsi Way is not liable for the use or disclose of any data as a result of your information being provided to the Speakers or allowing Exhibitors to capture your details and personal information.
  • Privacy Policy: The Tarsi Way Pty Ltd ATF The Tarsi Way Trust and it’s related bodies including The Rent Roll Queen Podcast, Buy A Rent Roll (BARR) & REBOC, collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, so that we can provide our products and services relating to our conference and events and to tell you about our products and services. Without your information, we are unable to provide you information about our services, products, conferences and events and you may miss out on receiving valuable information. You have the a right to access your personal information that we hold and you may ask us to correct this.   • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
