These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and participation in The Rent Roll Accelerator™ – Self-Paced Edition (“the Program”), a digital product owned and operated by The Tarsi Way Pty Ltd ATF The Tarsi Way Trust (“The Tarsi Way,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

1. Program Agreement

By purchasing this Program, you understand and agree that The Rent Roll Accelerator™ – Self-Paced Edition is a digital, self-paced business training program designed for real estate business owners to increase profit, improve systems, and prepare their rent roll for scale or sale.

This is a self-directed experience. No live coaching or 1:1 support is included in this version. You are responsible for your engagement, implementation, and results.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay in full or in accordance with the payment plan selected at checkout. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are committing to complete all scheduled payments in full

  • Non-payment does not cancel your financial obligation

  • Missed payments may result in restricted access to course materials

  • A $150 late fee applies to failed payments not resolved within 7 days

  • Access will resume once payment is brought current

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of this program, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Please ensure this offering aligns with your business needs and intentions before enrolling. You are welcome to email us with questions before purchase.

4. Lifetime Access

You receive lifetime access to the program materials upon purchase. Lifetime access refers to the life of the product as it exists on our platform. Should the product be retired in future, all clients will be given at least 30 days' notice to download materials.

5. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

All materials provided in this Program — including videos, templates, spreadsheets, strategies, and frameworks — are the exclusive intellectual property of The Tarsi Way.

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or grant access to others

  • Copy, teach, or redistribute program content

  • Use materials for coaching, consulting, or resale purposes

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action. No refund will be provided.

6. Testimonials & Public Sharing

If you share your feedback or results publicly (e.g. social media, email, or private messages), you grant The Tarsi Way permission to use your testimonial (including your name and business name, if applicable) for promotional purposes. Your words will not be altered or used out of context.

7. Conduct & Community Standards

Although this version does not include a community space or coaching, if you engage with The Tarsi Way team or associated programs, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully and professionally

  • Avoid defamatory or aggressive behaviour

  • Honour energetic and intellectual boundaries

We reserve the right to revoke access if conduct violates these standards. No refund will be issued.

8. Disclaimer

We do not offer legal, financial, or psychological advice. The content in this Program is educational and based on industry experience, valuation expertise, and proven systems. Results are not guaranteed and are based on your own application and leadership.

You accept full responsibility for your business outcomes.

9. Compliance & Risk

This program addresses key systems, documentation, and leadership practices relevant to real estate businesses. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your business remains compliant with state and federal licensing regulations. The Tarsi Way is not liable for any compliance breaches or legal outcomes resulting from your business practices.

10. Technology & Access

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the course platform. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at [email protected]. We are not responsible for third-party outages or tech limitations outside our control.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted to this page or communicated via email. Continued access to the Program indicates your acceptance of any changes.
